1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: Entrants must be Oklahoma state residents and eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of entry and be registered as an organ donor through LifeShare of Oklahoma to be eligible. This promotion (the “Promotion”) begins at 8:00am CT on 10/27/2024 and ends at 11:45pm CT on 4/14/2025 (the “Promotional Period”). Sponsor’s clock shall be the official clock of the promotion. During the Promotion Period, entrants may enter the Promotion only in the following manner: submit the required information at http://www.nba.com/thunder/lifeshare. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotional Period. Multiple entries by the same person, including multiple entries using different account names or e-mail addresses will be void and only the first entry is counted. If entering with a mobile phone or other web-enabled device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your wireless service provider for details on these and any other applicable charges. Entrants are solely responsible for any such wireless charges.
2. PRIZES: One (1) winner per month during the Promotional Period will receive a Thunder prize pack and two (2) tickets to one (1) Oklahoma City Thunder 2024-25 or 2025-26 regular season home game (particular game and seat locations to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Total Approximate Retail Value for each prize: $400.00.
3. PRIZE REDEMPTION AND RESTRICTIONS: Potential winners (one per month during the Promotional Period) will be selected in monthly random drawings on or before the 15th day of each following month from among all eligible entries received from the preceding month during the Promotional Period. The potential winner will be notified via email and/or phone. The inability to reach the potential winner after reasonable effort (as determined solely by Sponsor) has been made may constitute a forfeiture of the prize, at Sponsor's sole discretion, and a new potential winner may be selected by Sponsor. The prize is non-transferable and non-assignable. No cash redemption of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize (or any portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole discretion. All costs and expenses associated with any acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to transportation costs, parking, food and beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting and making use of any prize, are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner (and winner’s guests, as applicable). The Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Each winner and winner’s guest(s) will receive admission to the game only upon presentation of an admission ticket and will be subject to the rules and regulations of the venue while attending the game. Unless otherwise agreed to by Sponsor, tickets will be sent via mobile ticketing.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Promotion open only to legal residents of the State of Oklahoma who are 18 years of age or older and registered as an organ donor through LifeShare of Oklahoma as of the date of entry. Employees of the Released Parties and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) are NOT ELIGIBLE to enter or win. “Released Parties” as used herein shall mean Sponsor, LifeShare Transplant Donor Services of Oklahoma, Inc, the National Basketball Association and its member teams, NBA Properties, Inc., and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. The Promotion may only be entered in, or from, the State of Oklahoma. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be deemed ineligible.
5. GENERAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees to release, discharge, hold harmless, and indemnify the Released Parties and their respective directors, officers, governors, employees, and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant’s participation in the Promotion, (ii) the receipt or use of the prize awarded herein, or (iii) any personal injuries or property damage. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, or destroyed entries, and such entries may not be considered by Sponsor. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform on which the Promotion is promoted.
6. PUBLICITY AND PRIVACY POLICY: Acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and LifeShare of Oklahoma to use the winner's name, voice, likeness, entry submission, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter devised, worldwide, in perpetuity without further notice, permission, payment or consideration. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Promotion will be collected by the Sponsor or its designee, shared with LifeShare of Oklahoma, and used by the Sponsor and/or their affiliates, designees, agents and marketers for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Promotion as described in these Official Rules and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://www.nba.com/privacy-policy, and these Official Rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the privacy policy and these Official Rules, the privacy policy shall control and govern. All information submitted to LifeShare of Oklahoma via the Donate Life America website will be treated in accordance with Donate Life America’s privacy policy, available at: https://www.donatelife.net/privacy-policy/.
7. DISPUTES: All entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Each entrant hereby knowingly and voluntarily waives all objections to venue and personal jurisdiction in the foregoing and submit themselves thereto.
8. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Attn: LifeShare of Oklahoma Campaign/Corporate Partnerships, to the Oklahoma City Thunder at 208 Thunder Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. Requests for the winner list must be received within thirty (30) days after the Promotional Period ends.
