1. HERE’S HOW IT WORKS: The SONIC Slam Sweepstakes (the “SONIC Slam”) will begin at 12:00:00 a.m. on October 9, 2023 and will end at 11:59:59 p.m. after the last game played by the Oklahoma City Thunder in the 2023-2024 NBA season (including NBA playoff games, if applicable). The SONIC Slam only activates if a Thunder player makes a ‘Slam Dunk’ in the 3rd quarter of a Thunder game. “Slam Dunk” is defined by the official NBA statistic and/or rulebook.

2. HOW TO ENTER: Entries can be made through the following method: Via Thunder mobile app or on okcthunder.com/sonicslam. Entrants may only qualify via the aforementioned methods of entry. Sponsors will select one (1) entry from eligible entrants who submitted an entry (the “Eligible Entrants”) between the following times: 12:00:00 a.m. on the day following the last game for which the Sonic Slam was activated and 11:59:59 p.m. on the date the current Sonic Slam is activated (the “Entry Period”). As an example, if the SONIC Slam was activated at a game on November 4, 2023 and was not activated again until a game on November 14, 2023 the winner for November 14, 2023 game would be selected from all Eligible Entrants who submitted an entry between 12:00:00 a.m. on November 5, 2023 and 11:59:59 p.m. on November 14, 2023.

3. PRIZES: For each game at which the SONIC Slam is activated one (1) potential winner will be randomly chosen from all Eligible Entrants and, after verification, confirmation and full compliance with these official rules, the potential winner will be awarded with a $50 SONIC gift card. If the SONIC Slam does not activate during a game, the prize increases by a $50 SONIC gift card for each night the SONIC Slam does not activate. Non-winning entries if the SONIC Slam does not activate during a game will roll over and will be included in subsequent Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received and will decrease as more entries are received. ARV: $50 per SONIC gift card.

All prizes to be provided by the Sponsors (defined below). No substitutions of prizes will be permitted. The winner will be notified within seven (7) days after the SONIC Slam has been activated; the notification may be made via e-mail or phone. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, is found in violation of these official rules, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.

4. ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible entrants must, on the date of entry, be eighteen (18) years of age or older and residents of the Oklahoma City Thunder’s official TV market as defined by the NBA. The NBA defines the official TV market of the Oklahoma City Thunder as the State of Oklahoma or within 150 miles of Paycom Center which is located at 100 W. Reno Ave., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73102. Employees, officers and directors of Inspire Brands, Inc. and their affiliates which comprise the Sonic Drive-In restaurant chain (“SONIC”), the Professional Basketball Club, LLC, as owner and operator of the Oklahoma City Thunder (the “Oklahoma City Thunder” together with SONIC, the “Sponsors”), the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its Teams and Operators, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of SONIC Slam materials and each of their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors, are NOT ELIGIBLE. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. SONIC Slam may only be entered in, or from, the Oklahoma City Thunder’s TV market (as defined above). Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be deemed ineligible.

5. GENERAL RULES: By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Inspire Brands, Inc. and their affiliates which comprise the SONIC Drive-In restaurant chain, the Professional Basketball Club, LLC, as owner and operator of the Oklahoma City Thunder, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., its Teams and Operators, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant’s participation in SONIC Slam, or (ii) the receipt or use of any prize awarded herein, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. Further, by entering, entrant consents to the Indemnified Parties’ use of winner's name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the World Wide Web without notice or review or approval as permitted by law. By participating in SONIC Slam, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsors. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that all decisions of the Sponsors, including those related to eligibility and disqualification of suspect entries, are final. The Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of SONIC Slam or in the announcement of winners or prizes. The Sponsors reserve the right to change these official rules or terminate SONIC Slam at any time in their sole discretion. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE SPONSORS AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS MAY CONTACT THEM VIA TEXT (SMS & MMS) MESSAGES AND ELECTRONIC MAIL FOR ANY PURPOSE RELATED TO SONIC SLAM OR THESE OFFICIAL RULES. In addition, each entrant may opt in to share their email address with the Oklahoma City Thunder and SONIC and receive email marketing communications from either or both Oklahoma City Thunder and SONIC. Entrants may opt out of email communications by following the instructions provided on each email communication. Further, by participating in the SONIC Slam, each entrant agrees to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at https://www.nba.com/news/privacy_policy.html.

6. GOVERNING LAW AND ARBITRATION: SONIC Slam and these official rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any controversies or claims arising out of or relating to SONIC Slam or these official rules shall be fully and finally settled by arbitration, to be conducted in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Entrant agrees to submit any controversies or claims arising out of or related to SONIC Slam or these official rules, to binding arbitration in good faith on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

7. WINNERS LIST: For the name of the winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope with first-class postage affixed to: Attn: SONIC Slam/Madison Arnold, to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
