For the 2023-24 school year, the Thunder Fellows program is open to Black high school students 11th & 12th graders on a space-available basis. In order to be considered for the program, students must meet the following requirements:

• Fill out Thunder Fellows application in its entirety by Friday, September 8
• All three (3) references must submit their recommendations on student’s behalf by Friday, September 8
• To the best of their knowledge, student must be able to commit to the full duration of The Thunder Fellows program (October 9, 2023 – May 2024)
• Student must commit to taking personal responsibility for his or her future, working with peers, being intellectually curious, and being resilient in the face of obstacles

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Thunder Fellows is a free, application-based, program uniquely tailored to industry standards to ensure proficiency in essential skillsets sought after by recruiters. Thunder Fellows also provides exclusive access to mentors, professional coaching, and immersive experiences to prepare future changemakers for meaningful employment in sports, entertainment, and technology. In order to be considered for the program, students must meet the following requirements:

• Fill out Thunder Fellows application in its entirety by Friday, September 8
• All three (3) references must submit their recommendations on student’s behalf by Friday, September 8
• Commit to full duration of program (October 2023 – May 2024)
• Attend monthly in-person professional development sessions
