As I look around Paycom Center each game night, I feel deep gratitude for all of our Season Ticket Members. You’re more than fans, you’re Thunder Family. Thank you for your investment, loyalty, and for joining us on this journey together.

I couldn’t be more proud of our players past and present, and everyone within our entire organization as they represent the best of us all.

Season Ticket Members are vital to our business as you create the type of night-to-night atmosphere that our players expect and deserve. We understand the commitment that it takes and will continually strive to give you tremendous customer service and a personal touch that you have come to know from our organization.

It’s important, that for the rest of the season, we show up early and often and ensure that every seat is filled now and in the future, so that we can once again create a competitive advantage with our home court atmosphere.

As a valued Season Ticket Member, you have earned the opportunity to relocate or upgrade your season tickets by activating your account for the 2025-26 season,based on availability. You will have an option to participate in TRUE through an in-person arena or virtual appointment

 

Here are some reminders:  

  • We’re aiming to hold this event in mid-April. More details will be shared after Friday, March 14.
  • Your appointment date and time will be determined based on the Thunder Priority Points you have accumulated. You gain points in two ways:
     
    • 50 points annually for activating your account.
    • 3 points for every $250 that you spend on direct Thunder ticket purchases.

If you would like to learn more about adding seats to your Thunder account for the 2025-26 season, please contact your account manager before Friday, March 14 for details.

If you’re attending TRUE in person, we encourage you to arrive at least 20 minutes early to view available inventory so that you are fully prepared to upgrade or relocate your seats at your exact appointment time. Complimentary parking is provided, and you will enter the arena through the Southwest Entrance.

If you’re attending TRUE virtually, you will be given an opportunity to view available seats using our online 3D system and will have ample time to complete your virtual relocation once your appointment starts

A reminder notice will be sent to you approximately one week prior to and the day before your appointment.

Priority Points



Prior to its inaugural season in 2008, the Thunder established the Thunder Season Ticket Member Priority Point System to reward Account Members who invest in Thunder season tickets. It is based on a Ticket Member's accumulation of points allocated to their season ticket account and their continuous season ticket tenure. This is the same system that has been used annually to assign appointment times for the Thunder Relocation and Upgrade Event (TRUE), and the same system that will be used to determine each account’s priority in OKC’s new arena, scheduled to open in 2028.

Priority points are cumulative, provided a ticket account is maintained in accordance with Thunder Season Ticket Member Policies and Guidelines. To maintain priority points, each Season Ticket Member must maintain their season tickets in consecutive seasons. If at any time a ticket account chooses to no longer remain a Season Ticket Member, all priority points are reset to zero and are non-transferable.

Season Ticket Members continue to have the opportunity to earn additional priority points by making additional ticket purchases, such as renting Executive or Terrace Suites, organizing group outings, purchasing additional single-game tickets directly from the Thunder (purchases through secondary ticket markets do not count), partial-season packages, Oklahoma City Blue tickets, NBA Playoff purchases, etc. The purchase of in-arena concessions/merchandise or ticket purchases to other arena events are not valid toward priority points.

2025 Playoffs Pricing

As a Season Ticket Member, if the Thunder earns the right to play in the 2025 NBA Playoffs, you have the first priority to purchase your season ticket location(s) for the entire NBA Playoffs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

PAY AS WE PLAY

If you have activated your seats for the 2025-26 season and are paying by credit/debit card, you may elect to pay for the 2025 Thunder home NBA playoff games at the conclusion of each round.

ADVANCE PAYMENT

You may pay in advance for the first 10 games of the post-season with check, cash or credit card to secure your location for the duration of the NBA Playoffs. Payments in advance will be required for any games played following the 2nd Round of the NBA Playoffs. Credits from games not played will be automatically applied to your 2025-26 Thunder season ticket account unless otherwise requested for refund.

As in past seasons, 100 Level, Club Level and Love’s Loud City tickets will be managed via the Thunder Mobile App and your online account manager. Tickets will be available after each game is officially announced.
